The forms required for the local church's annual Church Conference are available to download.
The forms that are available include those that relate to Pastoral Support, Parsonage Evaluation, Reports of the Trustees, Members Absent, Pastor and Church Evaluations, Pastor's "One on One" Conversation with the D.S., and others. All must be completed and returned to the District Office prior to the scheduled Church Conference. District offices will be notifying pastors serving churches of the date of their conference.
As in past years, the church is expected to download the forms from the web site. Any pastor who is not able to do this may ask someone in his or her church with internet access to help. If that is not possible, please call the conference office (1-877-677-2594) and a packet will be sent to those who are unable to get it from the website.
